I just read that last post & i didn't a single one of those good ideas. 4 years of neglecting my tingly hands/forearms & now my stupid knee is screwed up....
SHM....I woke up this morning & finally gave in....made an appt. 7:30 am for later today because I CAN'T IGNORE the PAIN anymore....neglect or what is it that they say in Real Estate? "Deferred Maintenance" That's me.
