Hi walking buds,
My journey begins again tomorrow. I must put away the rest of Christmas so I have room to put my treadmill back down. Since my fall I am not real anxious to walk outside. Something I will have to overcome. I have not walked since that fall. WHAT A MISTAKE! Time to correct it. Being accountable to my walking buds will be a big help. Thanks for the great idea.
